RETURN AND SHIPMENTS POLICY
Our policy lasts for 10 calendar days from receipt of the product. If 10 calendar days have passed since the order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and properly protected to prevent breakage or bending.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.
Late or lost refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to elespaciopermanente@gmail.com and we will inform you how to proceed with the exchange. Exchanges for the same item will be subject to store stock at the time of exchange.
Shipment
To return your product, you must send us an email to elespaciopermanente@gmail.com indicating the data that appears on your purchase receipt.

Return costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over € 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
Shipping policy
At El Espacio Permanente, we sell to all of Europe. Orders destined for mainland Spain are free of charge. For other destinations, you can check the shipping costs by simulating a purchase; if you add your address to the cart, the cost of shipping will automatically appear. Rates are set according to the corresponding area and the weight of the products. You can choose from a number of payment options we offer: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, and PayPal. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us in order to maintain security and prevent possible fraud. If you have any doubts about times, costs, and zones, please contact us.
Orders for Spain have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 business days, and international shipments between 4 and 10 business days. Your package will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The maximum delivery period, except in cases of force majeure, is (30) calendar days from the placement of the order.
